Shipping policy

All wreaths are made by hand to order, so dispatch isn't instant — please allow up to 7 working days for me to finish your piece before it ships.

Where I ship: Mainland UK only. If you're in Northern Ireland, the Isles, or the Highlands and Islands, please drop me a message before ordering so I can confirm whether I can deliver.

Carrier: Royal Mail or Parcel2Go, depending on size and weight. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your wreath leaves my workshop in Helsby.

Delivery time: Typically 1-2 working days after dispatch. The tracking link lets you watch its progress.

Cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and destination — what you see is what you pay.

Damaged in transit: Wreaths are well-packed but accidents happen. If yours arrives damaged, please photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and message me — we'll sort a replacement or full refund.
